As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, launching, marketing and maintaining our integrations with other software tools. Every day, thousands of companies rely on the 70+ integrations we’ve built to track tens of thousands of metrics. Our integrations with popular SaaS applications like Google Analytics, Salesforce, MailChimp and Facebook Ads allow our users to pull 3500+ distinct metrics instantly. Customers can also visualize their own data by using our integrations with Google Sheets, Zapier or SQL database products like Google Big Query, Snowflake and Amazon Redshift. However, there are many more integrations that our customers have requested we build, so we are looking to expand our resources to get it done.
Your main responsibility will be to help design and develop new integrations and enhance our current integrations. To do that, you’ll be responsible for identifying which performance metrics each new integration reports, prepare specifications for each new integration and collaborate with the engineering team to determine what is possible to pull from various APIs.
As our engineers develop the integration, you’ll work closely with them and beta-tolerant customers to ensure that all the data is validated and reliable before we launch the integration.
Once the integrations are launched, you will be responsible for driving adoption of our new integrations by working with our marketing team. To ensure an effective rollout, you’ll use your knowledge of each new tool to build dashboard templates that our customers can download into their account in one-click, that enable them to quickly view the key performance indicators from that integration. You’ll also help our marketing team identify blog content and videos we can produce to promote our new integration.
Internally, you’ll also work closely with our customer success team as they receive requests from customers to pull additional metrics from existing integrations.
Lastly, you’ll be our main point of contact for our integration partners. In this part of the role, you’ll be responsible for building a meaningful relationship with both their technical engineering and business development teams. These relationships enable us to request new APIs, update our integrations in a timely manner when they make changes to their APIs, and help us secure marketing opportunities where we can get promoted to their customer base.
The best candidates will excel at the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a business or data analyst
- Experience with data visualization and data visualization tools
- Comfort and experience writing basic SQL queries
- Strong business acumen, preferably experience understanding marketing and sales organization metrics
- Some customer service or business development experience
- Practical knowledge of Saas tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads)
- Bonus points if you’ve work with a bunch of SaaS tools at a small business or marketing agency.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience helping teams achieve big goals
