Following that maxim, we have seen a 300% year-on-year growth, expanded from one to over twenty countries and from managing a couple of hundred hotel rooms to over 30,000 of them, worldwide. We are working with small boutique hotels as well as some of the biggest hotel chains in the world. And we are doing all that from our HQ in Ljubljana, Slovenia – a country the size of 20,273 km² and a population of just over 2 million.

While that’s all good, we are out for more, far more! We want to become the world number one SaaS platform in our segment.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Main point of contact to appointed project lead for implemented hotels/clients
  • Ownership of entire implementation processes (pre – during – post)
  • Carry out operational meetings to discover hotels’ operational processes and procedures
  • Customisation and set-up of Flexkeeping app for the implementation process
  • On-field/online implementation of Flexkeeping platform and training of hotel staff
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients
    Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Occasionally acting as customer support agent.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in cooperation with customer success manager.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONALITY

  • Previous work experience in hotels is a must-have
  • Good knowledge of German, Croatian, English, language is a must-have
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent IT literacy
  • Willingness to travel
