D.Labs is a technology co-founder team that grows with our clients. At some point, they need a “real” engineering department at scale. Even if their initial technology was built elsewhere, we have the capacity to grow with them to 20+ team size without any loss of quality. More importantly, we know how build more solid/scalable infrastructure, how to help them recruit their own key engineering leaders (Product Managers, CTOs) and how to help them stand up their own internal teams to either replace our teams or keep both internal and D.Labs teams in place together for even better agility. As their business advances, their internal capabilities and technologies need to advance as well.
D.Labs je tehnološka soustanoviteljska ekipa, ki raste skupaj s svojimi poslovnimi partnerji (StartUp-i). Na neki točki oni potrebujejo razširjen oddelek “pravih” inženirjev. Tudi če je bila njihova začetna tehnologija grajena drugje, imamo mi možnosti, da skupaj zrastemo do ekipe z 20+ člani brez kakršnekoli izgube kvalitete. Še pomembneje, vemo kako graditi trdnejšo in prilagodljivejšo infrastrukturo, kako jim pomagati zaposliti ključne inženirske vodje (produktni vodje, CTO-ji) in kako jim pomagati na noge postaviti lastne notranje ekipe. Pri tem lahko naša ekipa nadomesti ali dopolni notranjo ekipo podjetja in s tem ustvari še večjo agilnost. D.Labs is a place where fun and humour never lacks seriousness and toughness. Where Team is spelled with a capital letter. We strive for a culture of openness. Anyone can always talk to our managers as they are more like colleagues than bosses. Our open office helps us connect and work together efficiently. We have daily hand football tournaments and dogs visit our offices regularly. As colleagues we spend time together also after work, as we have many activities, such as board game nights, mountain hiking groups etc. We love our two kitchens that are always full of food, such as pudding, yoghurt, ice cream and fruit. A lot of our activities are focused on people development. We connect into different technology groups that learn new stuff together and we also have individual development activities.
