Outbrain’s programmatic group comprises of programmatic buyers and sellers, using our proprietary technology to reach engaged users. We are looking to hire an Operations and Delivery manager who’s ready to accept the challenges of improving the performance and tools of this within Outbrain and take part in our journey into the programmatic ecosystem.

We’re looking for someone who will help us build successful partnerships that delight marketers and business partners. Your main focus will be on assisting the demand and partnerships organization in troubleshooting and scaling partners. You will play a key role in qualifying , mapping and trading possible programmatic supply and demand. You will be responsible for making sure that our ecosystem is operating efficiently, while providing support in the process of overseeing programmatic ad quality, and delivering various insights using internal and external tools and platforms.


  • You’re confident in at least one SQL dialect
  • Enthusiasm for working with data and spreadsheets
  • You set very high standards for yourself
  • You have strong communication skills – you’ll be working with people from all around the world
  • You are a reliable, trustworthy person that keeps their promises and takes responsibility for their actions
  • You have a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Fluent in English
  • Bonus: basic programming skills in Python or any other scripting language
